Heritage terrace renovation, Randwick, Sydney
Full renovation · Victorian terrace, c.1880s · Kitchen, living, dining, entrance hall
Just wrapped: a full renovation of a Victorian terrace in Randwick, where every decision was made to honour the home's 1800s origins. The result is a balance of heritage character and modern craft, a home that respects its past while serving a family for decades to come.
The entrance hall sets the tone the moment you step inside. Restored details and a warm, welcoming flow connect the original terrace footprint to the renovated living spaces beyond.
The kitchen is the heart of the terrace. 10mm thin-line stainless steel benchtops bring a refined industrial edge, creating real usability and a workspace that performs under daily family life.
Deep blue profiled doors and considered marble detailing ground the palette in tradition, while carefully chosen period hardware echoes the terrace's original character. Every material was chosen to bridge heritage and modernity: honest stone, hand-finished joinery, and hardware that feels like it has always belonged.
In the living and dining spaces, a traditional herringbone floor sits alongside the original 1890s arched windows and heritage skirting details, letting the home's century-old character shine.
Heritage terrace renovation delivered by Duostruct in Randwick, Sydney, on scope, on time, and built to last.
