DUOSTRUCT is a boutique residential construction company specialising in architecturally designed, high-end homes.
We bring together proven project experience and hands-on craftsmanship to deliver homes that are beautifully built, carefully managed and personally supported from start to finish.
Duostruct was founded by Sam Evans, a licensed builder with a trade background in high-end cabinet making and carpentry. Sam started Duostruct because he saw a gap – clients working with talented architects who couldn't find a builder they could genuinely trust to deliver the vision. That's the problem Duostruct exists to solve. We work across Sydney and its surrounds, taking on residential projects throughout the greater metropolitan area.

Sam's trade background is in high-end cabinet making and carpentry. He founded Duostruct to build the kind of homes he cares about – architecturally designed, carefully detailed, and built to last. Sam is hands-on across every project, from first site visit to final finish.
David Stevenson
Project Manager – Partner
David's background is delivering large scale residential and commercial projects. He has joined Duostruct as a partner and project manager. David has a passion for building, he loves forming genuine relationships founded on trust and open communication. He is our projects conduit for client communication, design and subcontractor co-ordination.
